Home Buyers Education
Our eight-hour HUD Certified class is one of the steps required to qualify for down payment assistance. You will have the opportunity to speak with industry experts who will discuss the various aspects of purchasing a home including mortgage lending, available grants, working with a realtor, homeowners’ insurance, and the inspection process.
Class 1 – Your finances and obtaining a mortgage
Class 2 – Applying for a mortgage loan and grants
Class 3 – Working with a realtor
Class 4 – After you close what’s next?
Schedule
4-week class – Thursday evenings from 6-8 pm every other month beginning January 2022
Saturday Class – One-day class on the second Saturday of every other month from 9 am – 5 pm beginning February 2022
